All participants must complete a digital or paper form safety acknowledgment and liability waiver prior to the experience. By booking - you agree to comply with all posted and verbal safety instructions.
Questions & Answers
Do I need prior coffee knowledge? Not at all. This experience is designed for coffee lovers of all levels, from beginners to enthusiasts.
Will I operate the coffee roaster? No. For safety and quality control, all roasting equipment is operated exclusively by Golden Hills Coffee Roasters staff. Participants do not operate or adjust the roaster or any roasting machinery.
What will I take home? Each booking includes one 5-lb bag of freshly roasted coffee made from the blend you create during the experience. (Approximately depending on roast profile selected)
Will there be smoke or strong smells? Yes. Coffee roasting naturally produces smoke and strong aromas. If you have respiratory sensitivities, asthma, or are sensitive to smoke please consider this before booking.
Is this experience safe? Yes — safety is our top priority. Participants receive a safety briefing, and all roasting is handled by trained staff. A signed safety acknowledgment and liability waiver is required for all participants.
Can I purchase additional coffee during the experience? Yes. Additional roasted coffee or extra batches may be available for purchase based on availability.
Is this a tour or a class? This is a guided, interactive experience that includes education, blend creation, and observation of the roasting process — not a self-guided tour.

What is your cancellation policy? Due to advance scheduling, staffing, and coffee preparation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
